Order Edits:

• Orders can be edited within 24 hours of placement.

Returns:

• All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Signtureteesbysonya@outlook.com with order details and photos if needed.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Final Sale Policy
All keepsakes are FINAL SALE—once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, revised, or refunded.
Keepsakes cannot be exchanged for another design, style, or variation.
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as changes cannot be made after production begins.
Damaged or Defective Keepsakes
If your keepsake arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within [ 5 days] of delivery with photos for review.
If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion for the same item only.
Shipping & Responsibility
Keepsakes are shipped with care; however, Signature Tees By Sonya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
If your keepsake is part of a larger order, it may be shipped separately.
